These shorts were so awesome. Didn't ride up, not see through, and stayed put through some heavy HIIT workouts. I lost inches some do t fit anymore but I can't wait to get more!

These all the best no ride shorts. I only want them now. I have several pairs, and they are squat proof, breathable, which you need in the south, in the summer. Comfortable and the waist does not fold over, they stay put. So glad I found iab shorts.

I've tried several shorts with short (2.5-3") inseams and these are definitely the best! The silicone band doesn't encircle your entire thigh, so it doesn't give that super tight sausage look, it squeezes just enough to keep the shorts in place. Sizing was the biggest hurdle for me, I'm 5'4" 125lbs, and my high hips are 31", hips 39", and upper thigh 23.5." I ordered a medium in these since some reviews said size up if ordering a print, and they fit great but aren't snug around my high hips. I worry a small would be too tight on my things, but I do have the Flex 5" and No-Ride 5" in small (the patriot color and plum respectively) and they fit perfect. Also, with the pattern these won't show sweat at all. I have the No-Ride 5" in Plum and they show sweat but its very discreet. I tested them out at the gym and no one could see the sweat until I pointed it out and gave them a full view.
